<a href=\"https:\/\/feldref.com\/\">web site<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>[EN]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>  The most direct way to bring coherence back into a person&rsquo;s life is the motor way. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Feldenkrais Method, the challenge to remedy the troubles that hinder us is to coordinate the movements of the body but also the motricity to the thought, to the feelings, to the sensibility, to the outside world, and to put the sensations back in the center of our observations, in order to reorganize the system as a whole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Feldenkrais Method invites us to rediscover our own sensations, to eliminate tensions that are unsuitable for a situation by means of gentle movements organized in exploratory and playful processes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is a method that not only identifies disorders and alleviate them, but also stimulates our recovery abilities by awakening the extreme plasticity of the nervous system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have been using the Method for over 30 years: after practising it for my own benefit for 18 years, I completed the 4-year training (certified practitioner) and then started teaching it in January 2011 &#8211; I was promoted to Feldenkrais Assistant Trainer in 2023:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Group classes in Awareness Through Movement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Individual Functional Integration sessions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online sessions (<strong>in French<\/strong> group session\/3 times a week;
